*This blog post is sponsored by the haircare brand Neutriderm and their Hair Enhancer range. Made to noticeably strengthen damaged, thin or fragile hair and intensively clean each strand!

If you're anything like me, you cut your hair off to avoid having to style it. Yep, the lower maintenance, the better.

But just because you've committed to getting the chop, it doesn't mean the creative, fun hair days have to be over.

After 6 years of embracing the lob and never looking back, here's my 3 favourite quick and easy hairstyles for short hair!

Before each style, ensure your hair is clean and hydrated. I highly recommend washing with  by washing Neutriderm's Hair Enhancer Shampoo and Conditioner.  I am truly in awe of their products and am absolutely loving using this haircare range. As part of the Hair Enhancer range, this duo will protect your hair and control any damage, while also giving you a strong, healthy and shiny head of hair to start with!

When used long-term this range can also reduce hair loss thanks to enriching nutrients such as Sabal extract, panthenol and avocado oil. Plus, they are cruelty-free, vegan friendly, paraben-free and sulphate-free.

After just one month of use, my hair has never felt softer, shinier, or more full! And it's all thanks to making a simple switch to these quality products!

1. THE CHIC SCARF

When I first got the chop, I thought my hair scarf wearing days were officially over. But it didn't take long for me to find a way to wear all my old favourites with a creative new style.

For this look, simply take the top half of your hair and tie it into a low pony. Wrap your favourite scarf around it and you've got yourself a chic, effortless look.

Leaving the bottom half of you hair down keeps things full and means your pony can be a little higher. Once the scarf is added it makes for a sweet, layered look while also giving the illusion of fuller, longer hair when you want it!

2. THE FRINGE TWIST

For the days when even washing and drying short hair is a bit of a stretch, the fringe twist is a look you can embrace!

Part your hair on the side and grab a small section of hair from the top of the dominant side. Twist it towards the back of your head and start twisting in additional sections of hair until you reach your ear.

Once you reach your ear, either secure the twist with an elastic brand or bobby pins.

I promise, after a few practises, you'll be doing this one in minutes!

3. THE SLEEK BUN

When it comes to short hair, the sleek bun is the new messy bun. Except it's way, way better.

This one is so easy and effective, you might find yourself opting for it most days (guilty!).

Start with fresh, straight hair and part in the middle. Comb your hair back as tight as you can and secure it in a bun at the base of your neck.

If you need a little more volume, tease up your pony before wrapping it into shape.

Finish by combing down any fly-aways and setting with shine spray for a sleek, sophisticated style!
